The cold pantry

The middle zone is the protein pantry: meat and fish for later.

The usual trick, even more useful with all this space: freeze in portions, not giant blocks. Flat, meal-sized bags, or portions separated with paper. You take out exactly what you need.

Label what it is and the date. With a freezer this big, without labels you end up with a museum of frozen mysteries.
